Process

Screening
process: Once
your CV has been received we will contact you. During
this pre-screening stage we will determine whether you meet
the general crieria we require for all our applicants.
Where possible you will be invited to meet with one of
our Account Managers at our nearest office, alternatively we
will conduct an in depth screening over the telephone.

Formal
interview: Our interview process
is an in depth meeting between the candidate and the Account
Manager. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss
your employment history, salary expectations, your technical
skills and availability. At Horizon International
we understand, it is not just your technical ability
that is important, time is spent exploring your
personality and cultural background.

Reference
checks: Once you have successfully completed the
interviewing process Horizon International will
proceed with reference check.

Candidate
presentation: Once the reference check is
complete we will contact you with relevant positions and put
you forward for suitable opportunities. We will
subsequently facilitate the co-ordination of all telephone
interviews and face-to-face meetings.
